Sale Policy

If you are not satisfied with the received product, please contact us immediately after receiving orders. We do not accept returns on utulises products. The buyer will pay him even return costs unless the product is defective. It is therefore very important to check our sizes and ask questions (if necessary) before placing your order. All orders are shipped within a period of 24 hours and the tracking number will be communicated later. Please note that packages are shipped on weekdays only, we are firm on weekends and Ferier days.
